| I support state funding for charter schools as long as they resemble the makeup of the district and are not practicing discrimination (i.e. district racial makeup is 75% black, 15% white 10% hispanic; however, the charter school is 90% white and 10%). Unlawful immigrants status should have been addressed prior to them completing school. A penalty should be applied to whom ever broke the law. The immigrants should be presented for legal citizenship. | |||

Some individual can not afford to pay insurance, pay the deductible and pay all other living expenses. Consideration should be on a case by case basis. D. I do not have a position on this issue at this time. F. This issue requires more consideration, the government should pay the bill. | |||
